For Orange Slovensko, the biggest mobile telecommunication service provider we implemented an electronic shop designed by our specialists. The new marketable channel Orange ishop is accessible through internet website at www.orange.sk and www.orangeportal.sk. With no actual need to go into a selling spot, Orange customers are able to deal with majority of their telecommunication needs via internet on their own. In the internet environment, they can buy selected single voice services or they can purchase also a currently–on-sale mobile phones as well as single pre-charged cards Prima and Orange Click packages or card-and-mobile phone packages, internet subscriptions and data devices. In Orange e-shop, customers can prolong their contracts and exchange their old phones for new ones; they can change one service to another: switch Prima card programme to any pre-paid programme. Moreover, customers can activate various services, such as CLIP, CLEAR, Orange World and Roaming. Orange e-shop is another step taken towards the improvement of customer services; Orange e-shop represents high and above standard services offered by Orange Company.
