Orange e-shop

There was implemented our e-shop solution for the biggest mobile operator for telecommuniocation services Orange Slovakia. New selling channel Orange ishop is accessible either via www.orange.sk or www.orangeportal.sk. From Orange virtual shop the customes are able to solve many of their telecommunication needs, without physical shop visiting. Via internet they can to buy selected vocal fixed payment tariff, or together with of shares mobile phone, independent prepaid card Prima and Orange Click or with the pack with mobile phone, internet fixed payment tariff and data device as well. Via Orange e-shop is possible to prolong the contractual obligation and to exchange the old phone to the new one, or to proceed from prepaid card to the fixed payment tariff. The customer can activate form Orange e-shop respective services like CLIP, CLIR, Orange World or Roaming. Orange e-shop is the next step for customer care improvement. Orange with this improvement brings above standard services for customer.
